Feasibility – advice on what might be possible.

The Planning Process – we can give guidance on the steps to take to achieve a successful completion, how long it may take and at what cost.

The Design Phase – from our initial measured survey to the final drawings for submission to the planners you are fully involved as the project takes shape from overall layout to detailed plans.

Construction Drawings – Once the plans have been completed and approved then construction drawings must be produced.  We will produce drawings for approval by the local Building Inspectors – these drawings that can be used to obtain tenders from construction companies.
